White Bean Soup
Cannellini beans, roasted garlic, garden rosemary, pancetta lardons, and fried kale.

Smoked Salmon Salad
House smoked, troll caught Chinook salmon, organic greens, capers, pickled onions, topped with a Dijon vinaigrette and
a smoked salmon deviled egg.

Entrée Selections

Herb-Roasted Tom Turkey
Blackberry Bog Farm turkey, Hood River pear stuffing,
whipped potatoes, house made cranberry sauce, gravy
and seasonal vegetables. 51

Garlic-Rubbed Dry-Aged Prime Rib
21-day aged prime rib, rubbed with garlic and slow roasted to
perfection, served with horseradish cream, whipped potatoes,
au jus and seasonal vegetables. 60

Seafood Stew
Sautéed local steamer clams, oysters, snapper and crab legs in a house preserved heirloom tomato broth, served with
baked crostini and our roasted red pepper rouille. 52

Dessert Selections

Hazelnut Pot de Creme
Evonuk Farms hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and local egg custard served with a milk chocolate cluster containing dried Northwest cranberries, cherries and pears.

Apple Cobbler
Sugared Granny Smith apples and cinnamon topped with an oatmeal crumble, and served with a house
made buttermilk ice cream.

Brown Butter Pound Cake
Individual brown butter chai spiced pound cake with whipped vanilla mascarpone cream, and a local pear marmalade.
